Staff reporter : Agriculture has been very successful in Sherpur Sadar Upazila. Farmers have fallen into the house courtyard, in the courtyard, abandoned land, vegetables on the roof of the house, fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables. Even in the past few different areas of land, on the street side, peasants cultivate different types of crops. Various areas of the upazila have been found that the land which was abandoned by the Go-Charan land and now the farmers are benefited by cultivating various vegetables. Farmers of the upazila have achieved success by cultivating more than one crop of land on the basis of overall support of the officials of Upazila Agriculture Department. In the current season, at least 50 farmers of Charsharpur Union of the upazila have woke up a huge response by cultivating lemon, papaya, yellow, sym, boarbati, lau, ropes and various vegetable vegetables in their home yard, courtyard and abandoned land. Alamgir Al-Amin of Joginamura village 2 in Charasarpur union said that about 50 percent of its land was planted with papaya and lemon trees. Mubarakpur resident Arifur Rahman Akib said, this year there is a lemon garden in a bigha land. In this, lemon trees have different types of farming including beans in the spleen. Zia Sarkar, a resident of Akhor Mamud Bazar, said, "I planted lemons on 30 percent of the abandoned land." It also has its own demand and financial returns. Local BS Mostafizur Rahman Sohag said, the farmers are now inclined towards farming. The cost of cultivation in the food industry is less profit. Moreover, many vegetables can be cultivated on abandoned land. It also has more profits.
